Usually a club like Man City that has abundant funds will get out of the slump faster than other clubs. They have enough resources to bring in quality players. Even though there are still many games yet to be played, Liverpool is already certain to become the new champions in the EPL because Arsenal has started to wave the white flag after being left so far behind Liverpool.
Man City has started to find its best performance slowly, the top four position is their target so they can appear in the UCL next season.

I don't think it's that easy, having a lot of money doesn't mean it's easy in everything that Man City has right now, it's already amazing with the expensive players they have, but they are still slumping, I think Man City hasn't fully found their best performance right now even though they just won 2 matches, but I think showing their quality like before is very difficult, because the main factor is not the players but Pep's strategy which is starting to decline or can be said with a strategy that is starting to die, many teams in the Premier League right now play one or two touches then create opportunities, but what Pep does is they play fully touch so that creating opportunities is very difficult because the position of the player is ready to defend, and I think the main factor that made Man City decline this season is because of Pep Guardiola.
Pep Guardiola wasn't the problem when city won 4 in a row last season right? His style of play wasn't bad until Rodri was injured in their clash against Arsenal right? Listen Pep is not the problem of Manchester city and if pep decides to leave city today Arsenal will sack Arteta and go begging for pep to sigh for them. It was quite unfortunate that Rodri was injured at a time when city couldn't act in the transfer market immediately. The Mistake city made was not getting a suitable replacement for Rodri last summer, when they saw how the club suffered when Rodri was red carded and he was suspended for few games. City lost matches during that time when he was out. But they thought Rodri will be fit again this season through out and it failed them. City responded this January window and the results are coming in. Yet you say Pep is the problem. I totally disagree with you. You can have the best tactics, but once the right players are lacking your tactics can't be perfectly executed the way you want. That's what caused city problem this season, not Pep.

Those guys you quoted above were impatient people. They thought that City should have always won the league, and if City did it, they're getting so mad.

If Pep was the main problem, City already get rid him a few years ago. People are ridiculous by not seeing how many PL trophies won by City in a row. It must be noticeable they also secured 1 UCL trophy, which other club such as Arsenal and Totenham could not do that.

I think that's enough to hear people always complainted about Pep's strategy here and there. He needs only fucking time to rebuild his club just like when he joined in City.
