The absence of a player gave Barca an advantage but they were aggressive from the start, having almost 75 percent of the ball and having 33 shots on goal in the match 10 shots of which were on target.
Early in the match Real Sociedad had the ball in the Barca net but were caught offside for a slight error. I was disappointed at the time that Barcelona needed to keep their defensive players more active but the goal was disallowed. The rest of the match was mostly in Barcelona favor.
I watched the whole match. Barcelona played well, I have no doubt about it. Barcelona's gameplay was very organized. And watching Barcelona's gameplay, I felt that the Barcelona players knew all the weaknesses of Real Sociedad's defense. Barcelona scored four goals. And each goal was due to the weaknesses of Real Sociedad's defense. None of the four goals were very quick goals. Barcelona players attacked and scored slowly. Real Sociedad players were completely unsuccessful against Hansi Flick's match strategy. If Barcelona can maintain such a performance, the team will be able to secure the La Liga title.
