PSG is really in great form currently and they're very dominant in the French league. Their past performances has been series of huge wins furnished by a good goal difference which validates the effectiveness of the forward and not concerning much goals is also a testimony of a strong defense and if course midfield. No team can challenge them in the French league currently, so where the real competition less is in their champions League campaign.
I know they'll do well with their current form, yet other strong teams from other leagues are there tho challenge them. Let's see how far they go in their form.

But in the Champions League I am still a little doubtful about PSG because this season PSG will face the strongest team from England in the last 16 of the Champions League and that will be very challenging for PSG. But I would not be surprised if PSG lost in that match because I would be more surprised if Liverpool lost when they met PSG.
The Premier League is obviously more difficult than the French league. Liverpool, who are leaders in the Premier League and have beaten many strong teams, are normally the favorites against PSG. That's why I think Liverpool will win this match. Also, if PSG wants to win this match, they need to take control of the match without giving Liverpool a chance. If Liverpool can find their rhythm, it will be very difficult for PSG to turn the game around.
