irfan_pak is DT2. If he really cared, he could tag the accounts -- at the very least as a reminder to himself and as a courtesy warning to fellow bounty managers. Since they are bounty hunters and everything they do is off-forum, I don't care. If they had a signature campaign, then yes, I would tag the alts in that campaign.

so at the end of his engagement surely he can review these things and as he is DT2 member he can definitely give red tag. so you should wait till his response.

He has responded 2 days after this report but no further action. Also, I stand on the basis of Concern for the forum, not on the basis of merit as you said. Previously I have done research on Bounty Cheater, so it is easy for me to compile a report like this.
