I hope you know that gambling and probability of winning are been taught on stats. There are some borrow course I don't one time from department of math's and stat, at a point it was as if we were studying gambling, equations and applications but in the end, they are mandatory things you learn about application of Mathematics and not really the way you gamble that we put money but gambling about experiences, you will be given assignment for it.

I believe this is thought in every other places where gambling are been ban but since they are not practical application of gambling for people to make money, it will remain. I don't think there is any institution whether formal or in formal where gambling are been thought, if there is anyone then it's nothing but a scam. I have said it before and I'm going to say it again, if someone is trying to teach you something to make huge money, you are the target and you wouldn't make anything.
