But people have started loving Bitcoin. Now Bitcoin has reached the peak of people's popularity in every country. Even 5 to 10 years ago, Bitcoin was not very well known to people, but now Bitcoin is known all over the world and every person knows Bitcoin. I guess you're getting all wrong, the op is laying emphasis on the financial freedom that comes with bitcoin and contrast to the concept of democracy in all society it is expected that democratic acclaimed governments should have without hesitation embraced bitcoin order than what we're experiencing today, that's if they were truly democratic in practice as they claim and not only in paper.
Though in my opinion, no government would want to relinquish financial regulation and security to the citizens no matter how democratic it's said to be.
