This is nothing new, he had earlier conducted another campaign, I participated in that campaign. Did the same in that campaign, delaying payment for over a week after the week ended, even though he added +$1 for the delay. If he mentions that the payment funds are in escrow then I see no reason to delay. Yes, doing such a thing will ruin his reputation.
As far as I know, in the previous campaign, he was supposed to pay in BTC, but after a delay, he received it through Binance Pay ID. However, it may have been due to the drop in the price of his Bitcoin and the high fees. But what he did made me feel guilty. He delayed paying this time with the Escrow balance. Again, I saw that he made an arrangement and will come up with a new campaign.
I think since he is a manager, he needs to fix these issues. If he can run the campaign by fixing such problems, then the campaigns he runs will do well.
It's seems the campaign manager is totally unprofessional. i just reviewed this, the payment was escrowed on manager wallet. every professional campaign the campaign manager always pay as soon as possible when week end. but this manager paid to the users after same days of week end.
I think there was a problem. maybe the campaign manager was used escrowed money for his/her personal experiences and then he/she manage that fund and pay the users in Binance pay to avoid transaction fees and etc... i am also noticed the campaign manager was in dept and that's wahy he/she was red tagged by shasan. That problem appears to have been resolved, though
