I went for nuclear option
Purchased a new M.2 disk much faster than old
Installed Windows 10 from an old CD
Installed BitcoinKnots 26.1 and waited a few days until fully synced
Installed same Armory 96.5 beta software and waited until fully synced
Now all works fine
Unless you use Windows 10 LTSC or pay Extented Security Update (ESU), your Windows 10 will receive last update on October 2025. So if your device is connected to internet and used for various purpose, you could put your Bitcoin and data at risk.
