They would have to seek other means of accessing funds. They can also cut their operational costs like reducing staff and adopting modern technology.
2) What alternative sources of funding should African nations explore to sustain development efforts?
Africa don't need any funds form donors if they can cut corruption. There is enough resources to finance it's project. So all they should do it to cut corruption and other wastes. But they could seek finance through loans, grants or otter sources.
