In the remaining Premier League matches, the competition is getting tougher, Liverpool and Arsenal are strong candidates to dominate the championship at the end of the season. I also see that competition is also occurring in the relegation zone, Ipswich, Leicester and Southampton are trying to maintain their position in the highest league. The performance was very bad for the two teams, Leicester and Southampton, even though they were at the top of the EPL standings.
Leicester had even won the Premier League, but that was only when they were promoted to the EPL. It would be a shame if Leicester and Southampton were really relegated.
I think the competition in the buttom is even more tense than the top teams contending for title. Liverpool is comfortable at the top as Arsenal are not showing any signs of seriousness to compete for the championship. At the buttom, Southampton seems to have given up already and the only thing keeping them in the premier League is because the league is yet to be over. Ipswich Town and Leicester are level on points with a goal difference separating them. I still believe one of them might turn things around and Wolves is not yet safe from relegation. They are just five points above Ipswich and Leicester, and there next match is against Everton which I doubt them having point despite they'll be playing at home.
