Is it possible that the casino management courses may be allowed to be studied and taught in countries or regions where gambling activities and casino businesses are banned?
Its possible that there are informal courses and online courses but if gambling is illegal in your country and you cannot practice what you've learned, you will either have to go abroad to apply it or do it undeground in your country, which is not recommended, You did not mention why you want to learn this when you are in a place where gambling is banned, but whatever your reason is, we are in the information age where everything can be access online.
I was wondering how it is possible to study a course in a profession that is being banned in the country, that does not sound alright to my hearing and as a matter of fact, doing such would put anyone who dares the government in trouble. Maybe they could be doing such studies online but not in a physical classroom setting (formal education) as that would attract the government to that facility or they travel abroad to take the studies and look for an engagement there with it so they would be able to practice what they have learned so far.
