I guess you haven't been active in the forum or on this board long enough. Their casino has a recurring case of empty hot wallets that could remain empty for days or up to weeks which prevents a lot of their gambler from being able to withdraw, I am not sure if you'd consider that a "serious issue" but for me it is.
