I don't think Juventus replacing Thiago Motta with Xavi would be an upgrade. If Juventus wants to reclaim their crown back in Serie A, they need a coach with a proven track record of success, someone that is capable of improving both their performance level and their style of playz While Xavi might be under consideration, I don't believe he possesses the tactical ability and experience to achieve such a feat especially given the highly competitive nature of Serie A.

Xavi handled Barcelona well when he was first given the chance to manage the team and I must say that in his first few years in the club, he did well and even won a trophy for the team. His performance later on became worsen and that was why he needed to be replaced by another manager who is currently managing the team. We have seen situations where coaches perform poorly in a club and when they’re been given another chance in another club, they become super good and make their performance better there. This is the same case for Kompany that went to Bayern Munich and became better there. I’m not going to underrate Xavi that he can’t handle Juventus, a trial should be given to him and I feel he’ll do well.
