In my opinion, there is no problem with Thiago Motta. I think the players are not exactly suitable for Juventus and they will struggle with a better squad in the summer. Thiago can be more successful with good players and a better Juve. There is no guarantee that they will be better with Xavi either. So there is no point in changing the manager.
Juventus are not hitting the winning slot when it comes to domestic league. They've suffered to rise back but they're motivated enough to win games. You do think Thiago Motta is the problem why Juventus are not winning games? They've already started encountering hurdles before they appointed Thiago Motta as headcoach. The players are also not having some good time, watching them not equipped with special abilities, Juventus performance are now classified to be average.
Bringing the former Barcelona headcoach, Xavi Hernandez to Juventus, what more can he do in Juventus? He's experienced but it doesn't mean he will be competent to bring out the winning stars in the club. Juventus management will not make effective plans towards expanding their space, they need more time to keep winnings intact.
