Note that the feedback is neutral, so it doesn't really affect anything. I wouldn't worry about it too much.
Also, automated AI detection has a very high rate of false positives. I don't think it should be used to give others feedback because it is so unreliable.
I hate to hear the bolded parts of your post from anyone. A neutral tag might mean nothing to you, it means alot on the profile of a newbie, especially when it is not true. That little neutral tag could hinder Op's growth to an extent. So, when a matter of such arise, take your time and visit the victims page and voice your own opinion. If the majority of the forum says OP is an AI spammer, it's justified, others, you ask Free market to remove the neutral tag.
