Focusing on making money means being fully aware of: 1. What do I have? (What can be converted into money); 2. What do I want? (Money); 3. What am I willing to give? (Time, energy, money, emotions, etc.)

This is a bit of an overly simplistic model that isn't going to be very useful to anyone, people learn this sort of stuff by the time they are ten years old or earlier. Truly useful advice is going to depend on the age bracket of the person you want to reach. If you are targeting a younger audience, say below 20, then letting them know that higher education is good but not the only option - trade skills like plumbing, electricians, gas workers, etc. are all main stream paying quite well. For 20-40 year olds, the earlier you are in life the longer you have to recover from financial mistakes but you should use compounding on your finances over your lifetime to make your money work for you. If you're nearing or in retirement, make use of any tax breaks or freebies that your government gives, making sure to maximize them in the ten years before you choose to leave work.
