I definitely say YES with this. I meant replacing Motta with Xavi is very worthy decision for Juventus. I know some might be disagreed, but i personally think that if Motta is already failed in helping the club.
Juventus is not even a competitive compared to the Napoli and Intermilan, though they also spent a lot of money on summer last season.
If Juventus is willing to see its club to be back competitive again, they have to sign Xavi and sack Motta.
I don't think Juventus replacing Thiago Motta with Xavi would be an upgrade. If Juventus wants to reclaim their crown back in Serie A, they need a coach with a proven track record of success, someone that is capable of improving both their performance level and their style of playz While Xavi might be under consideration, I don't believe he possesses the tactical ability and experience to achieve such a feat especially given the highly competitive nature of Serie A.
You need to understand that Xavi Hernandez has already made some good progress in Barcelona as coach. He won one La Liga title and one Supercopa de Espana as well as rebuilt the squads so well. Like he organized all of the Academy players and made them brace for a good team. Despite before Xavi the team was a mixed bag, and also Barcelona was too busy with financial criticism, and because of bad financial circumstances, Barcelona couldn't find any chance to sign a player for him to boost the club performance. Even their crucial player (Lionel Messi) was also left the club.
But after all of this, we can see his record at which it still quite good, although the club didn't allow him to bring up new signings to the club to make the squad's depth good. But let's put the sights on it Xavi won 86 matches, 23 draws, and 30 losses in the whole competition, like his winning ratio is 61.9% which is quite good although he did have some good players in their squad.
So I think if Juventus really want to bring him up as Thiago Motta replacement. Then for sure he can do the job much better than other coaches....
