You have not extended the package, all the guarantee conditions for your particular package have been removed. Any other banks registered under the same nominee are irrelevant here. The nominee is free to close the bank which has not been extended by the client, while proceed offering the nominee service for the other banks, for which extensions are made according to the terms.
