No, its the same project and the name is just been change so what can you expect from them? If they fall down for the first time then provably that there would be another flop for that project that's why better not to waste your time with them since its like they are trying to get their old community back and scam them for second time.
There are lots of good projects to enjoy and why give a chance on something failed before?
Also don't hope it could reach at the level of BTC and ETH since for now there's no coin can go beyond on their level. That kind of thinking will make you a loser so better think realistically and don't get hype with fake promises.
