Arsenal have been competing hard in the EPL this season but have not been able to match Liverpool and are still far behind by many points. So maybe Arsenal will not be able to compete with Liverpool and so they will not try hard to win the Premier League title. It is impossible for Arsenal to win the EPL title this season so they are probably the most focused team in the UCL this season. Their incredible performance yesterday has given them more confidence so they will play in the Champions League with a lot of excitement this season. Their confidence has increased a lot after defeating the PSV team by 7 goals so they may become more aggressive for the next round.
Yeah,you are right,the performance last night have given them confidence going into the weekends game,where they will have to play Manchester United.Arsenal know now that they cannot meet up Liverpool,but they just have to keep winning to make their fans happy,and secondly,they will be more focused on the Champions league,so if they are able to get to the champions league final,it will be a step higher,which will make their fans happy a little bit.
Their  consistency have been questioned alot this season,but let's see how the rest games will look like.
