how can I sort out the issue myself if they logged out my account and not allow to log in again?

thank you for such detailed manual but unfortunately I didn't enable 2FA, and I have registered my account many years ago when freebitco.in wasn't banned in my country! so, now it needs to use VPN to access the site :-/
Tested by me a few minutes ago:
Click "Password Reset"
Write the account's email
In screen, you will see a message telling that soemthing was sent to your email. If it doesn't, try other browser and/or another configuration of it. Adenda: if you have no 2FA, this is is dangerous if seomeone gets this data - it is up to you.
When sucessfull, you will receive and email with data like this.
"Your bitcoin address is : **********************************
Your new password is : ################
