Yeah because MON has mandatory transaction fees (since it mines so fast - it'll all be mined in ~5.5 years) the scripts won't payout less than 1 MON so that the fees are a small proportion of the users payout. You can modify that option in the sharelogger config file if you want, but the default is 1.0 for this reason.

So the payouts will run once a user has enough shares to have a total of >1MON payable. Especially since we're still in the first blocks when the rewards are low and ramp up to the full block reward by block 1000, it may take a while for any of your users to have the requisite balance payable.
