Pep's experiment to rotate his Man City team is working, they can catch Arsenal because they play abysmally without Saka and Martinelli. Their inconsistent form is the reason they were unable to test Liverpool.
I don't think any chance of Arsenal to catching up Liverpool with this level of performance and difference of points currently 13 points difference Liverpool have 10 matches remaining Arsenal have 11 matches Liverpool going to face Southampton in coming game which is surely 3 points for them and Arsenal is having challenge against Manchester United at Old Trafford.
Liverpool have mostly their remaining games against weaker sides which give them better chance of having good results while Arsenal is no consistent which is their problem and their injuries issue is also having big setback for them but here we can expect them for another second spot end which could be reasonable. Manchester City is also trying to have some better end which can make things challenging because they have 7 points difference and this is surely not big with Arsenal also involved in Champions League which is big burden on their players.
