In regards to KYC: we provide basic KYC upon account creation including email verification & legal name/address. What you are referencing in regards to suspicious activity is simply that if that activity takes place (i.e. making duplicate accounts) we reserve the right to block your account and additional KYC would be needed to unblock the account. I assure you this is not a process that we've had to encounter too often! As far as deposit minimum, that amount Bitcoin is in relation to gas fee required by our payment processor - though you are absolutely right that we hope to be able to lower it in the future.
