First, let’s consider if it is indeed possible to make gambling a primary source of income.
In the end, while it might be possible for a small number of people to earn money through gambling, it's risky for the majority. Relying on it as a main source of income can lead to big losses.

If you don’t know what you’re doing, the odds are always going to be against you even if you start with a win at first attempt.
I can't even wrap my head around the possibility of someone making gambling their Primary source of income, I mean I do know a few guys here in my area who are into gambling seriously, that is, they gamble like it's the only thing they do for a living, but having been close to them, I know they were hand work men, that is, one of them is a tiler, another an electrician, while there is a carpenter and others, they only spend their time gambling on days and weeks they have no work.

From my own personal experience from gambling, it sometimes take me several days of even weeks before I can win amount that is withdrawable from a casino, now, assume as a man with family, (a wife and three kids) gambling is my main source of income, is it possible to really feed and take care of my family from earning like that??
