Well, the Betkin may have tested the campaign for a week and may not got any benefit or maybe they do not have the sufficient fund to continue as of now and may restart the campaign later. However one thing i do not like about this campaign as the payment was shifted from bitcoin to Trx.
Don't say it like the company is too poor to keep their campaign goes longer. Let's be more respectful to them and there are many reasons to pause or stop your campaign. It happens with many companies and with many reasons, not only their marketing budget.Quote
I mean how can you do that ? The campaigns paying in bitcoin get more exposure as they are listed in the services section. While the campaign listed in the altcoin section may get less attention specially when the campaign and project is a new one. So here the participants should have been paid in BTC when they listed it in services section 
I don't think it is true. The campaign is more attractive if it has higher or highest payment rates and there are high payment rate campaigns that switch on and off in Bitcoin payment method to altcoin payment method. This means payment method is not too important especially if altcoin payment method is in stable coin or Litecoin as some campaigns I knew.
