If it were too easy it would just lead to farming and exploitation which wouldn’t be good for anyone in the long run. Feedback is always useful but it’s up to the project to decide what works best for their ecosystem.
To be fair sometimes a user needs to get harsh to get their point across because some dev teams can be stubborn too. It's hard to find the balance between being constructive and polite, especially if a change affects how you use a product. On the other hand, I believe a dev team needs to have the skill to understand criticism even if the message they got is quite rude. Well, at the end of the day time will tell whether the changes will be beneficial for the business and its user or not.
