I did hear you. The requirement to pass the text through at least two detectors applies to either post. In both I got 100%. I ran that post through a third one, sapling.ai: Fake: 99.9% Is not three 100% results enough?
But you say that this account also has plagiarism. I will not be a lawyer; in any case, we all have different speeds for leaving tags.
That is not me. I'm sure I've seen on the forum say that if you copy and paste from an AI without citing the source it is plagiarism, although I have some doubt.

). One needs at least 3 or more
recent posts to prove that a particular member is an AI spammer. Having said that, I do not think the neutral tag is bad in this case and will only help OP to correct his/her course here.
This is not a universal law, it is nutildah's criterion, which I think is quite good, but with which there is something I do not agree, like that put in bold.
