However, I’d like to clarify that while some customers have experienced issues with WoF spins, this is not the case for all users. As I mentioned previously, we have received reports where spins have been reinstated after review. 

Regarding mentioned FUN withdrawals, any emails we receive are being handled on an individual basis, and each case is reviewed directly with the account holder. If you are experiencing an issue with your own account, I encourage you to reach out privately with your User ID, so we can assist you directly.

The WOF spins are not credited.
The support doesn't respond to the complaints.
Many people in this thread have reported issues with FUN withdrawals.
The round 11 of lambo lottery ended more than 5 months ago and the winner has not been announced yet. You are even selling the tickets for round 12.

For any customers who have been affected/are currently being affected by the Wheel of Fortune (WoF) Spins, please send me a private message  with your User ID and the length of time you have not received these spins.
The issue with WOF spins is not specific to some users. If you read posts in this thread, you will know that all users are affected.
