Inflation is a disease that has been suffered by every country since it has adopted paper money. So basically inflation is a package that cannot be avoided and they are only tasked with ensuring that the inflation bubble does not grow. Many countries are destroyed by inflation, the impact on daily expenses of course we can only follow the flow of the government. The increase in the price of goods but not balanced with income, debts accumulate to the central bank and will forever be trapped in the hole of inflation.
There is no special strategy to avoid or minimize price increases, because that is the main task of the government and every policy does not necessarily ensure that the price of goods falls.
I understood the problem during COVID period because we couldn't produce and money was printed for that reason and when you print more money then you get more money devaluation. However, it is still going on in my nation and the inflation is still not small and that is something I am pretty sure that will keep hurting me.
Every other nation got to a decent level, ours didn't and I am having so much trouble. It makes me have so many worries, it keeps me awake at night and I end up with so many problems because of it as well. I understand that it may not be all that easy to handle, but we are going to end up with issues that will not be all that ok for us, we are dealing with something that is troublesome and inflation has to be fixed.
