It is strange how some months ago Motta was the praised manager and the best choice for Juventus and suddenly he’s not good enough and already been called out for a possible sack. However Xavi is a good candidate if Juventus decide to part ways with Motta. I believe Xavi is capable of reviving the team and return them to winning ways.
That's how football and other sports fans are. The coach will always take the praise and blame. Sacking Motta should not be done immediately. He needs to continue coaching Juventus till the end of the season. Xabi will be an ideal replacement since he might have gained some knowledge during his one year out of active coaching job. The Old Lady could still come back from their bad performance and at least finish in the top four.
