Now, in 2025, we will have the rematch as well between Ryan Garcia and Devin Haney. But first they will have to fight someone, to shake that ring rust before they can face each other. The state is already here, and so Ryan and Devin will have to make it their own now.
Is it already confirmed? Last time I checked, Haney wasn’t interested in a rematch with Garcia since the result was already nullified after Garcia was proven to have cheated and got suspended.

If this rematch is really happening, then Haney must be getting a huge payday to change his stance. There’s no other reason for him to agree to fight Garcia again after what happened.

Haney and Garcia fought for the WBC super-lightweight title last April, with the latter taking a majority decision before it was ruled a no-contest due to a failed drugs test.

The bad blood has brewed between the pair since, with a second dance one of the most anticipated fights of 2025 - and now, the Saudi Arabian advisor has confirmed it. "This is done," he told talkSPORT when asked if Garcia and Haney would meet this year, before adding on a prospective Canelo-Crawford bout: "No comment, for now!"

HE Turki as we all by now is very powerful and can command promoters and boxers . And we do like that, putting up stack cards again and again.

Obviously, the money is big for this two, and I think Ryan is going to be the A-side here, probably 60/40 split I speculate. And if I'm not mistaken, one condition as well from Ryan is that the Haney's will have to drop the case that they have filed.

We remember the Haney's sued Ryan for damages worth millions about the PEDs used.
