I even think La Liga competition will be tougher again because Barcelona's position as the first is still shaking. I’m still thinking if Barcelona didn’t do the necessary thing and consistently win their matches to be able to get more points that will make them go ahead of Atlético Madrid and Real Madrid with many points, these two teams can still drop Barcelona from that first position, especially Atlético Madrid, who Barcelona are just ahead of them with 1 point.
It seems like you should add Bilbao to the list of title contenders this season. In conditions like this when the gap between several teams is very small, we cannot side with any team. Because surprises always happen in football and even though I am a Madrid fan, I still respect other teams like Bilbao, ATM and Barcelona who are currently able to shift the top position of the standings.
While of the 4 teams, currently only Barcelona has more consistent results. While the other 3 teams still have a slight decline in performance which makes the team seem to have difficulty in terms of consistency. Maybe the match schedule in other competitions is a big problem for the top teams. So the competition will continue as long as Barcelona, Madrid and ATM are still in the UCL. But after this we will see the competition become more competitive after ATM failed to qualify for the UCL and focused more on La Liga.
