I think you can just buy an item on the tf2 official store and they will treat you as a premium account so you can trade
Is there not a 90 day waiting period?
I believe you need to spend like $5 in the Steam store or MannCo store then it's like a 1 week wait or something silly...Not too sure I've had my account since like the day Orange Box was released
