That is why if we decide to stop gambling, we should completely stay away from them and temptations. It is not just by words but more by actions. because I hear a lot of saying this when losing a huge amount, but guess what? They are already gambling after a few days. It makes no sense at all. lol
Well I think that things will always point to us going to play later, what happens is that when we lose it is necessary some time to reflect, to rest the mind, to distract ourselves doing other activities, not to concentrate so much on the game because it is even dangerous, it can even cause insomnia, it is something that we do to wake up, and so that later when we go to play we do it more relaxed, with a totally mature learning, taking care of ourselves from mistakes that happened to us in the past.
All we do need is on having that distraction at the time that we are experiencing loses on which its really that best that you should be having that control when it comes to gambling because at the time or moment that you will be having this kind of consideration on playing even more despite of the situation then you will be able to experience out that hard thing at the moment that you have lost all of your money because of having no uncontrolled spending of money. It is really just that too wrong that you will really be having this approach towards gambling because on the moment that you do have that good control then there's no way that gambling will really be able to mess up your life just like on what others been that currently experience.
