Anyone buying acount in this forum is not here to learn but for selfish interest. It means that, the person is not ready to start from the scratch and grow gradually like others did, but wants to jump into a signature campaign to earn money. You are only doing yourself because your post quality will expose you. You might not last in any campaign that hired you.
I can imagine the exercise users interested in buying an account would do:
1.) For how long should I be active in the forum to obtain certain rank?
2.) How much does the account with that rank cost?
3.) How long would I pay it off if I got accepted in a campaign which pays x/week?
If they have enough money to advance it, and the repayment period is shorter than the time needed to build their account, it could make sense.
That's a totally economistic thought, of course, but we live in a world where many people value things exclusively for their economic value
