Some big brands are ruining their hard earned reputation just because of their support. But in reality, they do provide a good service to their players. When your casino grows over time, you have to increase the number of support employees to maintain the quality support. But some casinos do not want to spend money on support, which effects their support quality.
I am sure that some forum members already understand which platform I am talking about. But I don't want to mention their name here. I hope Galactix will maintain their reputation that they are building by spending thousands of dollars.
