The last time Atletico Madrid won the LaLiga title was the 2020-21 season. Well it's been quite a while i.e. it was 5 years ago. So I still feel that Atletico Madrid could be successful this season even though the chances are quite small. Because I saw how Real Madrid beat them in the Champions League, I feel that Atletico Madrid's strength is still not enough to compete more closely with Real Madrid. Unless Atletico Madrid continues to win against all teams other than Barcelona and Real Madrid then the opportunity could really come to them although I still have doubts. And yes, the more expected competition will still be between Barcelona and Real Madrid. because so far these two teams have really been able to show more impressive qualities.
Atletico Madrid just need to maintain consistent performance until the end of the season and they have the same possibility as Barcelona and also Real Madrid to win the La Liga title this season, Atletico Madrid's strength is much better so they cannot be underestimated.
I see there is a chance for Atletico Madrid to win the title because Real Madrid and Barcelona this season cannot maintain consistent performance so even though overall Atletico Madrid's strength is not better than those two teams but if Atletico Madrid can maintain consistent performance then there is a big possibility for them to win the La Liga title this season.
