Yeah, you need to understand that gambling is a risky activity and you needed to work on it to make sure that you are still dominant in terms of emotional control, once your emotions dominate you the risk is high for you to lose a lot and become addicted, you must be ready in quitting your way if you already lose the amount that you allocate for your gambling and not to allow your emotion to add more in trying to recover your loses.
Indecision makes it looks that way because they wouldn't be that relying or sticking to their decisions based on their initial statements of not going above their previous limits but when they senses a winning coming without thoroughly verifying that winning you would see them going to make additional deposit, just to continue gambling at this point they aren't standing on their decision that they had made earlier.

Indeed, once they start breaking whatever the set limitation that they've made then chances that they'll going to fall into more risky decisions that leads them to lose a lot, from that view it's there emotions that dominates them. It's really a tough job for you to contol your emotion but it's needed to fulfill if you want to lessen your stress and prevents you from losing the amount that you can't afford to let go.

You're right most people find it very difficult to control thier emotions more especially when they lose a huge amount of money, they can decide to set a limit on when to stop. But at some point they will find it very difficult to stick to thier decision as a result of not gambling with what they can afford to lose, I think this is the major reason why most gamblers always find it very difficult in sticking to thier decision when gambling.

Yeah there's something that triggered them to push forward instead of following their set limitation, especially when you are in the losing side, when the amount that you use is something that you can't afford to let go, instead of calling for the day you'll top more money in hope that you'll be able to recover back that amount that you lose.

And most of the time, those kind of decision leads you to lose more and you find yourself regretting with that action that you made instead of following your limitation you push your way and go deeper.
