I have checked your spreadsheet and yeah you've paid those addresses, it just there are 6 off chain transactions that can't be verified. But, if there's participant who hasn't received the transaction, they should've complain in this thread, instead there was user who get paid via off chain transfer claim if he has already received the funds.
