But unfortunately, these are rose-colored glasses, since few people even think about other people's feelings. If you look at it more broadly, on a national scale, then look at where there is less crime. Where there are high fines and the death penalty. And what does this mean? First of all, that fear reduces crime. Therefore, countries with such rules are safer. And it's sad that fear of punishment, rather than humanity, is in the first place in reducing crime. In general, judging by the last few years, the world is going to hell.
