Yeah right, even asking the Quinn or wetsuit to drop a simple reply on this thread posting that they are working already on different department is very do and will not consume a lot of time yet they decided to become discreet about this and create this new account for support purposes.
I’m curious why they need to hide important details like this while the community will still support them as long as they keep the service running smoothly the same as before.
Well, they will post the update if there is any work is being done in the background. Seems like there isn't any positive outcome to come anytime soon and freebitco user may continue to experience the same problems over and over again for next few months maybe.

Also as some of the people mentioning that they should wake up to save their reputations, I guess they have already lost it and it will be hard to regain the same trust among the gamblers, even if they come back.
The representative on and off communication in the forum makes their progress on recovering their reputation back so slow.
Maybe it’s weekends that’s why the representative is inactive again but his profile show that he is active today I believe he is just lurking on our discussion.
I’m still hoping that they will make a comeback because this casino is already a gem due to their contributions on Bitcoin history back on the faucet days.
