Milan just like any other team could have bad seasons and they are having one bad season right now. Having a bad season doesn't mean end of the world, sure they are unhappy with this season and they were not happy with last season neither, but they have what it takes to switch things around and get to winning.
Inter or Napoli weren't great before they made their run, hell Juventus was dominating this league while others were terrible. Napoli and Inter figured out a way to replace Juventus eventually, so Milan could eventually do that too. We all remember Ibrahimovic celebrations, they were title winners not long ago, so I am sure they will figure out a way to get a title again, they just need to fix whatever is wrong with them.
