Leadership have never been any simple.
Day in day out a leader is expected to give
their best even when the supposed support
by the followers are discouraging.
However, three words can describe a great leader.
Leadership have to do with being able to see the responsibilities that comes with the position your occupy be it political or individual leadership positions, being able to see problems and fixing them and also providing a roadmap that can propel the State of things to it better state, or identifying a problem and solving them, I think this is the basic explanation of who a leader is or should be
Quote

What makes a great leader?
What make a great leader os they ability to act up to the statues of the office they occupy, how their actions and inaction contribute to the success and development of everyone involved.
Quote
courage = the leader face the matter at hand,
speaking their minds about their duties and that
of the others.

+integrity = doing the required even in
absence of the people

+communication = the ability to communicate
(speaking and listening) what is being done
and what needs to be done.

The above could be some of a quality of a good person, but not a good leader a charismatic leader will have his own unique way of leadership and won't be subjective to the above mentioned characteristics to qualify him for the status of a good leader.
