This caught my attention when I was reading through. The phishing sites are still online. What does it really take for this phishing sites to get taken down? Beware of phishing domains!

Why is it so hard for them to do so vs when we report a site promoting let's say hate speech or racism? I just can't seem to wrap my head around this. I mean, fraud is equally or even more criminal than things like hate speech or sexual content.
