Yeah right, even asking the Quinn or wetsuit to drop a simple reply on this thread posting that they are working already on different department is very do and will not consume a lot of time yet they decided to become discreet about this and create this new account for support purposes.
I’m curious why they need to hide important details like this while the community will still support them as long as they keep the service running smoothly the same as before.

Well, they will post the update if there is any work is being done in the background. Seems like there isn't any positive outcome to come anytime soon and freebitco user may continue to experience the same problems over and over again for next few months maybe.
Also as some of the people mentioning that they should wake up to save their reputations, I guess they have already lost it and it will be hard to regain the same trust among the gamblers, even if they come back.
But then on the other hand, the question now would be, what kind of reason are they possibly going to give that will be accepted by the community as a really good reason? How happens to communication? Like them communicating the happening with them with the community for possible ideas?
Or maybe a health related reasons may be good enough since someone who is not healthy enough may not even be able to access this forum let alone making a post.
Anyways, I believe they can and will still regain their reputation if and when they come around again, only thing I see is that it may take a bit of time.
