It cant be general, casinos should never do such a pratice although new players take bonuses on their first play because it is not fair to players to be accused something that they did not do.

I agree with you, I just made it clear that this kind of problem often happens with new accounts since several years ago and I don't know if this is still going on because users from our country are not allowed to create accounts. As I said before they want to prevent bonus abuse

Bonus abuse is one of the main reasons that brings problems on players which is why I totally stay away from it unless I have got over 5 withdraws to be safe, but of course KYC can be requested at any time as per terms and conditions.

But what happens when a bookie sells itself as a no KYC platform  Roll Eyes

and when the problem can be resolved then there will be no more problems in claiming any bonuses. On the other hand I think this is another way to ask users to do KYC because currently KYC must be implemented in all casinos, especially those that use licenses and games from third parties.
In the case of FJ I have seen most of its current banners branded with no KYC, have these guys rebranded???
