I think it is just the normal life in this Morden days and if you are not strong enough you would think something is wrong. Life this time is very lonely.  You can do everything you want without involving anyone, you can learn any from from the Internet from the comfort of your home.  Everyone is busy in developing their self, if you are not conscious and aware this the kind of life of this era you may end up becoming depressed.
