It's not me although the case seems very similar to mine. If I had already been blacklisted (which if is the case I am definitely not aware), they should have blocked the account when I first submitted the KYC, not after I made a big deposit. This seems all like an elaborate scheme to make me depo and then steal my money
In the first page of their Casinoguru complaints, I see a pile up of similar cases of blocked accounts. I wonder how stake views this, but then there is hope your issue could also get resolved as I have seen a certain user have his money back after some back and forth communication with the casinoguru team and stake team
I suggest you also open up a complaint over here and update us on any developments. They don't seem to respond to issues in this forum lately.
