Only gamble what you could afford to lose, and if it starts to stress you out then take a break and relax.
Don't take it seriously, avoid putting too much in it so that you could also focus on other things.
Try to enjoy it as much as you can, and if you aren't enjoying it and it is stressing you out, for me it is a clear sign that you need to move out from it or take a break.

The problem is that so many users come to casinos just to win, because they need the money. And since they need money, they cannot afford to lose. As a result, just this category of users is a strong stress, because they get something that initially did not particularly expect, for which morally were not ready. And such people cannot be warned in advance, they can only learn from their mistakes.
What stresses them to think that they should win is because they borrow money. If they only gamble using their extra money, they won't behave like that. Unfortunately, the majority considered gambling as a tool to multiply their money, believing those influencers on social media platforms. Greediness and innocence of a person lead them to the trap.

I have many friends who have become victims of this, and I told them to be more cautious about whom to follow. Understanding what gambling is gambling is necessary rather than believing these influences.
